Food used to be good now disgusting

Food is always good and delivery times have always been pretty decent when ever I order

Paid extra for pineapple on my pizza but never got it. Asked for sauce on chips but never got it. The pizza had too much topping and really thick cheese, not nice. The pakora was too large and the vegetable ones didn't taste anything pakora too heavy not enough veg.

Was nice food. Lamb kebab was great, cake was a bit frozen, but happy to leave it to defrost and have it later. Order through website was easy and probably cheaper. Delivery was straightforward- respectful driver. Would order again.

No salad on the wrap, no spring onions on the loaded fries

Order scampi supper got single n no pickles that i ordered couldn’t be bothered driving back up

Usually a good chippy. Last two times we have been though, the chips have not been fresh. Tonight the sausage and pudding was over cooked.

Used to swear blind how good they were but past 3 visits just make me swear. Too busy focusing on deliveries than in shop orders , have had too many bad experiences now so won’t be back

3 hours for food not to arrive. Ridiculous

No pitta bread with kebab and no can of juice with meal deal

Food arrived cold called store was told a replacement would be sent waited over 1 hr 30 min for it to arrive absolutely crap service

I arrived 10 minutes before the time my food was to be ready. I could see the bag sat on top of the oven and waited patiently for staff to offer to help me but they were busy with other customers. After 5 mins I managed to attract attention to ask if the bag was my order for collection. Staff were polite and handed me the bag. I was home within 5 mins and we all remarked that the food was dried up and not pleasant. It would be much better if the food wasn't served up so long before the time the customer is being advised.

Really disappointed with our order tonight, food was overcooked. A lot of the chips not edible and fish was overcooked and dry. Looked like a new cook and she doesn’t seem up to the normal standard we expect from here

Food arrived warm at best Delivery was an hour longer than stated

Asked for french fries, not chippy chips and no salad or sauce with donner kebab.
