40 minutes late missing salad and sauce. Food was fine and salad and sauce sent after a 2nd phone call...

I love the chicken bbq wrap and I would get it again it was so lovely and I enjoy it

Great service, food and value. Always a fast turn around and the food is excellent. We highly rate all the menu choices. We even go for the salads as they are first class and amazing value. Best pizzas too. Wonderful. We often return.

Half filled chip box, was put in the bag sideways so there was curry sauce everywhere and chips were cold

Was meant to be delivered at 8:30pm no show I called them at 8:40 and they assured me it was out for delivery. 9pm I called again still saying out for delivery it eventually came at 9:30pm after being out for delivery an hour. The food was terrible it was freezing. Extremely disappointed as this is our go to for pizza

Food wasn’t great I expected better based of the reviews. The delivery was an hour later than the expected delivery. I did call and was told it was 5/10 minutes away but it ended up being half an hour later. Food was hot though so not sure if it got remade after the call

My wife and I have ordered from here many many times and have had no complaints, always enjoyed the food. Now twice i have ordered from here while at my mothers address and everything was wrong, the 1st time 25th June our food came overcooked, dry and inedible, now a month later we are still waiting for the refund we were promised as they do not know how to send a card payment refund and asked us to pop into the shop which we have not had time to do yet, while my wife was on the phone the chef was in the background sounding angry saying there was nothing wrong with it. This time 17th July we again ordered from here whike at my mother's address and this time after 1 hour and 45 mins we became inpatient and called to be told the food had left with the driver (a 5 minute drive away), another 45 minutes past and we called the shop again to be told if the food had not arrived within 15/20 mins to call back and fresh food would be made and sent out asap, within 5 minutes the food arrived, cold and again inedible this was 10.20pm. My wife again called to complain and asked for ANOTHER refund. I live further away and each time I ordered to my address (20 mins drive away) everything has been perfect but now twice ordered and my mother's address 5 mins away and has been terrible, makes no sense at all

Unfortunately something went wrong with our order. Paid for full pizza crunch. Received 1/2 a pizza crunch. It meant we all had to share our meals so that we all had an equal amount of food

Called 5 mins passed delivery time as the app said it had been delivered... to be told, dont know why its said its been delivered its happens all the time,sorry urs is next to go out.... half and hour later it arrived, cold pizza and chips were like they were cooked yesterday and kept in hot plate... not happy at all. Said they will refund!! Let's wait and see...

The food was good, we got what we asked for, the delivery did take some time about an hour and a half, I had to call just to check that my order went through.
