No salad on the wrap, no spring onions on the loaded fries

Usually a good chippy. Last two times we have been though, the chips have not been fresh. Tonight the sausage and pudding was over cooked.

Very good pizza

Used to swear blind how good they were but past 3 visits just make me swear. Too busy focusing on deliveries than in shop orders , have had too many bad experiences now so won’t be back

3 hours for food not to arrive. Ridiculous

No pitta bread with kebab and no can of juice with meal deal

Food arrived cold called store was told a replacement would be sent waited over 1 hr 30 min for it to arrive absolutely crap service

I arrived 10 minutes before the time my food was to be ready. I could see the bag sat on top of the oven and waited patiently for staff to offer to help me but they were busy with other customers. After 5 mins I managed to attract attention to ask if the bag was my order for collection. Staff were polite and handed me the bag. I was home within 5 mins and we all remarked that the food was dried up and not pleasant. It would be much better if the food wasn't served up so long before the time the customer is being advised.

Really disappointed with our order tonight, food was overcooked. A lot of the chips not edible and fish was overcooked and dry. Looked like a new cook and she doesn’t seem up to the normal standard we expect from here

Order was a little late, 20 minutes after requested delivery, not a big problem. 1 chips & cheese ordered, and 1 chips and curry, but received 2 chips with cheese and curry. Kids meal arrived without the juice or lolly as advertised.

Hoagie wrap was massive, worth the money.

I ordered and paid for a king rib supper and single burger recieved single king rib with half a dozen bits of chips which I think were meant to be discarded. The food was look warm to cold . I have never had worse . We order from them quite a lot but never again.
